TTPC President to Discuss Election Results and Hate Crimes on TV and Radio
The President of the Tennessee Transgender Political Coalition, Dr. Marisa Richmond, will appear this month on Out and About Today.

This weekend, Dr. Richmond will be part of a roundtable discussion hosted by Pam Wheeler, with Alex Beard of Vanderbilt University Human Rights Campaign, and George Oeser of Impact Equality, to discuss the recent election results and the Impact Rally in Nashville.
Next weekend, Dr. Richmond, who was recently appointed to serve on the Sexual Violence Prevention Planning Committee of the Tennessee Department of Health, will discuss brutal hate crimes against transgender persons, with a special emphasis on the murder of Duanna Johnson, with host Brent Meredith.
Out and About Today is broadcast throughout the month on NewsChannel 5+ on Fridays at 10:00 pm, CST. The show repeats on Saturdays at 2:00 am and 9:30 pm, CST, and Sundays at 2:00 am and 10:00 pm, CST.
