Tennessee Transgender Political Coalition Statewide Membership Meeting
Friday, January 30, 2009, 7pm, Nashville
We will elect officers, and plan strategy for 2009, including on behalf of fully inclusive equal rights ordinances in Memphis and Nashville, statewide legislation affecting LGBT people, and for federal legislation including a fully inclusive Employment Non Discrimination Act and Hate Crimes legislation.
For directions, please contact us.
We also wish to thank all of the Nashville voters who went to the polls recently and voted against both of the Metro Charter Amendments, helping to defeat both amendments by healthy margins. The Tennessee Transgender Political Coalition (TTPC) was proud to work as part of the Nashville for All of Us Coalition opposing the English Only Amendment.
Marisa Richmond
President
